Physical Order Information

When Will My Order Ship?

Typically, orders (excluding pre-orders) are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Please note that shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise. For further details regarding shipping timelines, please refer to our shipping information page here.

I Have Not Received My Order Confirmation Email. What Should I Do?

At times, order confirmations may experience delays of up to 24 hours due to high demand. If you haven't received your order confirmation email within this timeframe, please reach out to us here. Additionally, we recommend checking your junk/spam folders, as order confirmation emails may occasionally be redirected there. Lastly, please ensure that you've provided the correct email address, spelled accurately, to ensure receipt of your order confirmation.

How Can I Change My Address After I Place An Order?

If you require a change to your mailing address after placing an order, please contact us here. Please note that address corrections will incur a $5.00 processing fee.

Kindly be aware that orders may be shipped within 24 hours, so prompt notification is appreciated. Rest assured, all emails will receive a response within 48 business hours. Please understand that during periods of high volume, email responses may experience slight delays. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

What Should I Do If I Put The Wrong Address On My Order?

Please double check the shipping address you enter in, IT Girl Luxury will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed and processed (charged).

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on the tracking page here.

What Is Route Package Protection?

Route is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. They ensure that customers get what they paid for, and allow for easy reordering with one simple click. When purchased at checkout, Route will send you a separate email with more details on how to track your package and file a claim.

I Haven't Received My Order. What Should I Do?

If you opted for Route Package Protection with your order, rest assured, you're covered! If any issues arise, simply file a claim with Route's team here. However, if you didn't purchase Route Package Protection, please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. In the event that your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, promptly contact the shipping provider for assistance. Should they be unable to locate your package, a claim must be filed with them without delay.

Please be mindful of providing accurate addresses during checkout, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the fees associated with reshipping the order.

What Do I Do If My Item Arrives Damaged?

Please reach out to us promptly, within 48 hours of receiving your order, via our contact page, providing your order number. In cases of damaged items or incorrect shipments, we kindly request multiple photos to verify the damage or identify the incorrect item. This helps us address the issue effectively and prevent similar occurrences in the future, ensuring a seamless experience for you and our other valued customers. Please note that refunds or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items can only be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

I Received Incorrect Items In My Order, What Should I Do?

Please contact us here within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. Provide your order number with your inquiry.

What Happens If My Order Is Returned To Sender?

Should your order be returned to sender, kindly note that you will be required to purchase a reship fee as listed on our website. Please be aware that It Girl Luxury cannot be held responsible for any shipment issues arising from USPS or any other shipping service.

Should you opt not to proceed with the reship fee, you will receive a store credit equivalent to the full amount of your order, excluding the shipping cost. We uphold a strict no refunds policy, without exceptions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Once I Purchase An Ebook, When Can I Have Access To The Files?

Immediately. Once you complete your order, you will be provided, as well as emailed, access to download your eBook. If you haven't received it in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. It can sometimes land in there.

How Do I Download The Purchase Ebooks?

You will see the option to download the eBook on your order confirmation page as well as within your email. Click on the appropriate link to download the file, then save it to your computer.

How Long Do I Have Access To The Ebooks That I Purchase?

You will have access to download your eBooks for 3 days after purchase. That is our guarantee. After that time period, you should still have access to your files but we cannot guarantee that you will always have access as anything can happen. We don't plan on anything happening nor have we had anything happen, but this is to cover ourselves. This is why we highly recommend that you immediately download your files. We want you to know this. Once you download the files, you may keep them for yourself as long as you wish.

What If I Change Computers Or Other Reading Devices?

Just log in and download your files to your new device if you have an account with us. If you purchased as a guest then unfortunately you won't have an account to log into to download your files. You would have to purchase the item again. You can download your purchased files as long as it is within the download window from the date you purchased the eBook. If you need to move the eBook to another computer or device after the download period, you may transfer it by any means available to you.

May I Share My Ebooks With Others?

Unless the copyright statement within the eBook specifies otherwise, all of the content is copyrighted.

I Did Not Receive A Confirmation Email

Please be sure to check your spam and junk folders as our emails can land in there. Once located please move it to your inbox so all future emails will land directly in your inbox.

Do I Need To Log In To Make A Purchase?

No. You do not need to log in to make a purchase. You can purchase as a guest. We do highly encourage you to create an account and/or log in when making a purchase. By creating an account and purchasing from your account you will be able to access your download within our timeframe if you cannot find your download files on your devices if you purchased an ebook. If you purchase as a guest and lose your email and order confirmation with the download link then unfortunately it is lost for good and you will have to make another purchase to access it again.

What Is Your Return Policy?

At this time all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Do You Sell Worldwide?

Yes. All of our ebooks are available for purchase worldwide.

If I Purchased A Bundle Am I Able To Remove An Item Or Items From It For A Refund?

No. All bundles are sold as is and cannot be modified.

What Forms Of Payments Do You Accept?

Paying And Shipping With Paypal. How Does That Work?

Please ensure that your shipping address is up to date within your Paypal account. When selecting Paypal as your payment method, we can only ship to the address associated with your Paypal account. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a different address than the one provided to Paypal prior to placing your order. For security purposes, we strictly adhere to the information provided by Paypal. Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel it, and it will be shipped to the address on file with Paypal. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Why Am I Being Charged Sales Tax On My Order? 

Sales tax is applied to all domestic orders in accordance with applicable sales tax and use tax laws within each state. The tax amount is calculated based on these regulations.

Once I Place An Order, When Will My Account Be Charged?

Upon placing an order with us, your account will be charged for the full cost of your order immediately. If you notice any additional pending charges on your account, please allow up to 5 business days for them to be reversed. Should these charges persist and you suspect a billing error, please don't hesitate to contact us here for assistance.

Why Was My Payment Declined?

For security purposes, please note that your billing name and address must match the information associated with the credit card used for payment, with the exception of international credit cards.

I Was Charged Twice. What Do I Do?

You will only be charged for the items you have purchased. If you notice duplicate charges, please allow a few days for the duplicate charge to be rectified automatically. However, if the duplicate charge persists and you are certain that you only placed one order, kindly reach out to us via our contact page. Please include your order number and a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance. We're here to help!

Why Was My Order Cancelled?

When Will My Order Ship For Domestic Shipping?

For domestic orders within the United States, we entrust the reliable hands of USPS for our standard shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 5-12 business days. Opt for our domestic priority shipping option for expedited delivery within 3-5 business days.Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times, with a standard processing period of 3 business days before shipping regardless of which shipping option is chosen.

When Will I Get Tracking Information?

You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package ships, via the email you placed your order with. Make sure to check all inboxes, including your spam folder, if you can’t find your shipping confirmation. Please note processing times takes up to 3 days for your tracking link to update.

How Can I Track My Order?

You can track your order by clicking here. If tracking is not available yet, it will become available once your order has been fullfilled. Most orders are fulfilled three operating business days, except the day before a holiday, during holidays and the day after a holiday.

When Will My Order Ship For International Shipping?

Venturing beyond borders? International shipping is available with standard shipping times ranging from 16-25 business days, while priority mail offers swifter delivery within 4-14 business days. Kindly remember, these shipping estimates do not account for potential delays incurred during customs clearance.

For our cherished Canadian patrons, standard shipping times mirror international estimates at 11-25 business days, while priority mail ensures arrival within 5-10 business days. Kindly remember that these are shipping estimates and do not account for potential delays incurred during customs clearance.

International orders can experience delays, if your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of order placement, please contact our customer service team for updates via our contact us form. Delivery times vary by destination country. Most international orders will be delivered within 4 and 21 business days of order fulfillment

Will I Have To Pay Customs Fees, Duties Or Taxes? (For Non-US Orders Only)?

Customs fees, duties and taxes are solely the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to add these costs due to the fact that rates are determined by each individual country. IT Girl Luxury is not responsible for these charges.

I Received My Tracking Number But It Still Says 'Pre-Shipment' or 'Label Created.' What Do I Do?

If you receive tracking on an order but it has not been updated beyond the “pre-shipment” or “label created” stage within 2 weeks, please reach out to us here to look into it for you.

My Item Was Shipped, But Still Hasn’t Shown Up. Is It Lost In The Mail? 

You have up to 30 days from the date of shipment to claim your package as lost in order to receive a refund for your missing item(s), or a reshipment if stock permits.

For orders shipping within the US: if you have not received your package within 3-4 weeks after it ships, please reach out to us here as soon as possible.

For orders shipping outside of the US: if you have not received your package within 6 weeks after it ships, please reach out to us here so we can resolve the issue for you.

My Tracking Says My Order Was Delivered, But I Haven’t Gotten It Yet. Where Is It?

Some carriers will mark a package as delivered before they actually deliver it. Though unusual, this can happen up to 5 days before an item is actually delivered. You can try contacting the carrier to get better insight into the delay. If you still haven’t received your package after 5 days, and you’ve checked with your neighbors and still don’t have it, please reach out to us here and we’ll do our best to help!

What Is A Preorder?

Pre-order is the ability to order items that are not yet in stock but are available for advance reservation online. We will notify you via email when your pre-order item becomes available. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your item ships.

I Ordered An Item Listed As “Pre-Order.” When Will It Arrive?
